Cannot print to AcuLaser C900 equipped with PRIFNW3 through the network

When rebooting the computer or restarting CUPS on Fedora Core 4 the printers registered via CUPS' Web Admin Tool (http://localhost:631/) disappear.

You can work around this by following the procedure below:
1. Start the printer administration tool that comes with FC4. You can select [Desktop] -> [System Settings] -> [Printing] from the menu or run the `printconf` command from a commandline to achieve this.

2. Create a temporary entry for the printer. We will correct the device and printer model shortly, so you can use anything you like. For example,

Device : /dev/lp0
Printer Model: Generic - PostScript Printer

3. Delete the printer you registered in step 2.

4. Start CUPS' Web Admin Tool (http://localhost:631/) and configure a printer with the same name as you used in step 2. This time select the correct device and printer model.

Now your printer should no longer disappear upon restarting CUPS or rebooting your computer.
