PDF file does not fit on a landscape paper when printed using lpr lp command

Print result of a PDF file may not fit on a landscape paper, such as a side-opening envelope, when using CUPS lpr lp command.

We have confirmed that this problem occurs with the following setup.

[Distribution]
- Ubuntu 8.10

[Printer Model]
- AcuLaser M8000

[Media size]
- COM10 Env

We have confirmed that this problem can be avoided by prining from Adobe Reader(Ver.8.1.3).
